- Self-collection on your order is available, however we require a minimum of two working hours to process your order. Orders cannot be picked up immediately after an order is placed.
- During checkout process, select “Pickup From Store” from delivery option to do the pickup.
- Should you opt to have your parcel collected via Grab Express or Lalamove (door to door service) for pickup to your specified address, these charges will be borne by you.
- A notification email will be sent when your items are ready for collection.
- Your order will be available for pickup @ Stickerrific, Jaya One between Wednesday to Monday, 11.30am to 7.00pm.
- All uncollected orders will be cancelled automatically after 5 months and a 60% refund will be issued, kindly refer to the “Refund” policy.
